You have certainly heard ‘Eleeeh’ in almost all Rwandan hit songs released in recent months. It is a journey the then 20-year-old began with Bruce Melodie’s hit “Henzapu”, which was released in March 2020, and he hasn’t looked back.

Fred Robinson Mugisha, known by his production name Element, is a Rwandan-born aged 22 years from Country Recordz and is carrying the entire music industry on his back.

Element comes from a family of four and is the firstborn. Surprisingly the Rwandan young producer talks about how he began as a singer, but after having a horrible working experience with producers, he realised his calling as a producer rather than a singer.

Some of the hit songs produced by Element include Kola by The Ben, Care by Emmy, Nyosho by Social Mula, Joli by Kenny Sol, Bado Bado by Bruce Melody, Ikinyafu by Bruce Melodie ft. Kenny Sol and many more.

The youngest producer is also working on projects with local artists and Ugandan musicians like Sheebah Karungi, and Ykee Benda on top of some Nigerians.
